Ingredients - 2-3 lbs. Turkey Breast
- 1-15oz can red kidney beans
- 1-15oz can black beans
- 1- Cup corn
- 1- Cup okra
- 1- Cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1- Medium onion
- 1- Can diced tomatoes (28oz)
- 2/3 cup medium barley
- 1 ½ cup turkey drippings
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup celery, diced
- ¼ cup mushrooms
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 3 cups water
- 3/8 cup Mark’s “RED” Bar-B-Q Sauce
- ¼ cup Mark’s “ORIGINAL” Bar-B-Q Sauce
Directions Cook turkey breast in crock pot until done. Reserve 1½ cups of drippings for use in stew. Combine all ingredients and cook on stove at medium heat until thickened.
