Bar-B-Q Mashed Potatoes Print E-mail

 Ingredients

8-10 Boiling Potatoes

8 oz. Cream Cheese

2-tablespoons minced fresh Parsley

2-tablespoons minced fresh Green Onions

1/4 cup Butter-softened

1/2 cup Milk

2-tablespoons Mark's "RED" Bar-B-Q sauce

 

 Directions

Peel and boil potatoes until tender; drain and put into a large bowl.  Beat until smooth add butter, milk, parsley and onions.

Mix thoroughly.  Blend in Mark's "RED" Bar-B-Q sauce. Place potatoes into greased crock pot and heat until ready to serve.  Sprinkle top with 1 teaspoon of onions.
