Mark's Salad Print E-mail

Ingredients:

1 Head Iceberg Lettuce

1/2 lb Fresh Spinach

1/2 cup Celery (chopped)

10 oz Green Onions (chopped)

1 can Water Chestnuts

2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese

6 Hard Boiled Eggs (sliced)

Layer all ingredients above from top to bottom in a large salad bowl.

Dressing:

2 cups Hellman's Mayo

6 oz Sour Cream

1 Ranch Packet

1/2 cup MARK'S FEED STORE "RED" SAUCE

Directions:

Wisk all ingredients together and spread over salad mixture. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

Crumble cook bacon pieces over top of finished salad.
