Mark's Saucy Potatoes Print E-mail

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 5 or 6 potatoes, sliced ¼ inch thick
  • 1 cup Mark’s “Original” Sauce
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Over medium heat, sauté onions in Olive Oil until the onions are translucent. Combine onions, potatoes, and Mark’s Sauce.
  • Cover and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Uncover and top with cheese. Return to oven and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese in melted.
